| This is the home of Richard Larson, co-founder of Greensky Energetics. This three collector solar air heating system is capable of heating up to 1,500 square feet. The system is controlled by first sending heat into the house. When it reaches the desired temperature automatic dampers are employed shutting off the warm supply air into the house and diverting the heated air into the basement. |

A solar air heater uses solar energy to directly heat the air in your home or business. A fan draws air from the building and into a solar air collector. The air flows over an absorber plate that is heated by the sun. The hot air is put back into your building. .
