Richard Larson and Andrew Williams had similar thoughts on the rising costs of energy but were from two different walks of life.  Through a mutual friend, these two founders met and the beginning of GreenSky Energetics was set in stone by bringing together their different traits and assets.  Realizing the costs of energy would soon become more than just an inconvenience, GreenSky Energetics was incorporated in 2007.  We strive to provide options to you, the consumer, to fight back against rising energy costs while living a happier, greener lifestyle. 

In our first two years, GreenSky Energetics installed dozens of solar systems including our largest air heating system to date.  GreenSky Energetics has since installed well over 130 solar systems on residences, commercial buildings, airports, academic buildings, fire stations, and community buildings.  In addition, our experience includes dozens of solar systems refurbished to maximize each system's production.

The Staff at GreenSky Energetics

	Andy Williams – Co-founder Andrew (Andy) Williams is a co-founder of GSE, providing technical and installation expertise.  Andy derives much of this from a B.S. in Environmental Science, MREA courses, HVAC/hydronic fundamentals study, and many years of being a self proclaimed grease monkey and tinkerer.  By designing and installing over 100 solar systems in the last 5 years, ranging from 1 panel to 60 panels , Andy earned his NABCEP certification in Solar Thermal Installation and is known for his attention to detail and doing things right the first time.  As GreenSky has grown into its PV offering, Andy is working towards his NABCEP PV installation certification.
	Brad Johnson – Director of Business Development Brad Johnson joined GreenSky Energetics in 2010 bringing his 24 years of engineering experience with Kimberly-Clark. Brad’s industrial experience included project team leader, control system design, and safety leadership.  After leaving Kimberly-Clark, Brad became enthused with solar thermal systems after helping a colleague install one on his retirement home. Completing technical training through the MREA and the eSeed experience at Fox Valley Technical College led to meeting GreenSky founder Richard Larson and joining the GreenSky team.  In addition to being a certified Site Assessor, Brad leads our commercial projects and manages daily operations.
	Gary Schmidt – Field Agent Gary joined GreenSky Energetics in 2008. Gary re-entered the solar business after having sold and installed several air heating systems in the 1980’s, including one on his own residence. For the past 30 years his manufacturing experiences included production supervision, purchasing, forecasting and scheduling. In 2010 he utilized his “life experiences” to support the GreenSky installation team to meet an aggressive project schedule. Gary is your GreenSky expert for commercial and residential site assessments. Jordan Kaiser – Field Agent Jordan joined GreenSky Energetics in 2013 as a graduate of Mid-State Technical College with degrees in Renewable Energy and Solar Thermal Installation.  Jordan also holds a degree in Business & Marketing from North Central Technical College. He completed courses in solar photovoltaics (electricity) from Midwest Renewable Energy Association and is currently pursuing his NABCEP certification in solar thermal Installation. Jordan serves central Wisconsin including Waupaca, Stevens Point, Wis Rapids, Marshfield, Wausau, Antigo, and surrounding areas.
